Michele is an amazing resource for our condo community. We recently switched management companies and I’m amazed at how effectively Michele communicates with us. Prior to them, calls and emails went unanswered. Requests for repairs were ignored. However, I’ve had a wonderful experience with advanced association. Michele always keeps us in the loop on what’s going on. I reached out to her with an issue and she helped me out and clarified things for me. Definitely glad our HOA board decided to go with them.
