Michele is proactive in her approach to management. During the freeze in February when all the condo locations around the Metroplex and beyond were having issues, she was working around the clock to help us get our water back on after pipes burst. Any issue we have on the property, she takes care of right away. By the time, I ask about it at the next board meeting, she has already taken care of the issue or sourced an estimate from a vendor. I have been on the board for many years and I have never had a management company that gets things done as quickly as she does. We began with AAM at the end of October and have been very happy with them. The entire staff at AAM has been very helpful. We know we are in good hands with them in charge.

I contacted Debbie and Kelly about a concern that I had in a neighborhood where I just closed on a property. They were absolutely fabulous. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and they followed up with me two days later with all the information and action taken. Michele is an amazing resource for our condo community. We recently switched management companies and I’m amazed at how effectively Michele communicates with us. Prior to them, calls and emails went unanswered. Requests for repairs were ignored. However, I’ve had a wonderful experience with advanced association. Michele always keeps us in the loop on what’s going on. I reached out to her with an issue and she helped me out and clarified things for me. Definitely glad our HOA board decided to go with them.

Every time I called they were super responsive, super nice to explain what I needed to do and/or what they would be able to do. They never failed to return phone calls and emails. They were personable and professional especially when they needed to reach out to me about a problem the HOA had identified. Exceeded expectations.

I have had issues with HOA ‘s before, but the ladies who work here are caring, attentive and very responsive to all the issues I have had.
It’s easy to leave a negative review with a company like this , but you want them there when you need them.
